Welcome!!! I was born and raised in Nebraska. Following college I began teaching 3rd grade at Sabetha Elementary in August 2006. My goal as an educator is to provide students with the best opportunities to learn and succeed. I feel that all students can experience success with the correct guidance and encouragement.
I graduated from Fairbury Jr./Sr. High School in Nebraska in 2001. I then graduated from Southeast Community College in Beatrice Ne with an Associate of Arts degree in 2003. Next I transfered to Peru State College where I focused on attaining an education degree. I graduated from Peru State in 2006 with a B.S. in Elementary Education w/Coaching Endorsement. While in College I participated in Student Senate and Campus Crusade for Christ for several years. Also I was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Kappa Delta Pi.
On June 2nd, 2007 I was married to Rachel Haas. We now have a son named Josiah and are currently living in Fairview, Ks.
In my spare time I enjoy playing music and spending time with friends. I like to be outdoors and active much of the time as well.
