Brenda Meyer

Brenda Meyer was born and raised in Goodland. She graduated from Goodland High School in 1974, and attended college at Kansas State University. She completed a BSE in Elementary Education in 1978. Brenda received her reading specialist from Emporia State University in 1996. She became a certified Reading Recovery Teacher in 2001.
Brenda has been teaching at Sabetha Elementary since 1978. She taught fourth grade for seven years before becoming the Title I instructor. In 1997, the Title I program added Teaching Assistants. At this time, Brenda became the Title I Coordinator. In 2000-1 she began teaching Reading Recovery.
In her free time, Brenda enjoys water aerobics, travel , and British History.
