Mrs.Joyce(Henry)Stallbaumer grew up on a farm outside of Goff, Kansas with five brothers and two sisters. After her marriage to Ken in 1983, they lived in Sabetha, Kansas for thirteen years. They have three children: Kari, Jareb, and Lyssa. In 1996 their family moved to Wetmore. Kari is a K-5 music teacher in Junction City; Jareb is attending KU School of Pharmacy, and Lyssa is enrolled in a surgical tech program in Manhattan. Jareb was married December 2010 to Heather Bradley. Heather is an RN at St. Luke's East. Kari was married July 2011 to Dustin Duntz. Dustin is a counselor for Manhattan High School.The Stallbaumers have been a host family for foreign exchange students for several years. Ken and Joyce's children from other countries are: Selcuk from Turkey, Zen-Zen from Phillipines, Claudia from Germany, Lina from Germany, Angel from China, and Ula from Poland. Mrs. Stallbaumer enjoys scrapbooking, working out at the LifeCare Fitness Center, and reading Jodi Picoult books.
